Dampen a cloth in a 50 50 solution of water and vinegar apply to the prints and buff clean with a polishing cloth. Pour a small amount of the oil soap onto a clean towel and go over the entire cabinet with a light layer of the oil soap. After letting it sit for a moment wipe off the solution with fresh microfiber towel again making sure to dry in the direction of the grain of wood. Wring out the cloth you re using so that it s damp but not dripping. Cleaning kitchen cabinets with vinegar will easily remove fingerprints.
To finish wipe off any lingering cleaner with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly. You don t want to get the cabinets soaking wet because moisture may warp the wood. The oily residue on fingers can leave behind unsightly marks on cabinet doors and hardware. Wipe each one down with your cloth.
