Cooking Country Ham Slices In Oven
Baking sliced country ham pre heat oven to 325 degrees.
Cooking country ham slices in oven. Remove skin and bone from the ham slices. Excited to try my country ham this morning i realized that i didn t quite know what to do with it. Use a sharp knife and small cuts to trim the skin away from the edges of the ham. Place ham in a 15x18x2 inch roasting pan or pyrex dish.

Use your spatula to hold the slice so that it doesn t curl up.
Heat slice for to 2 minutes on side one. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove saltiness from country ham by soaking it in water for 6 to 8 hours. Preheat the oven to 350 f to bake a few slices of country ham.
Turn the heat down to medium cook on one side for about 2 1 2 minutes turn the slices over and cook 21 2 minutes on the other side. Add just a little water. Leave the fat behind. Place the ham slices into the baking dish and cover the dish with foil.
Place pineapple slices between ham slices. Place ham in deep oven proof dish. Do not remove the fat from the slices and do not add oil or butter to the skillet. Stack ham slices and cut into 1 2 inches.
